Manipur is known as the power house of games and sports. Manipur sport persons shine nationally as well as internationally in games and sports for which the state and the country is proud of. These achievements never happened in a day. It takes years to mould the young sports persons through different disciplines of sports, at state level and national level, initiated through state government and private sports Institution, as well as national sport Institution.

U-Fitness Centre is one of the prestigious Institution which initiates Fitness Development Programs, giving awareness of fitness, health and hygiene, trains the Fitness trainees & trainers, trains for youth leadership, teaches and spreads the value of being fit health, hugeness and sound mine through its centre and through different Gym Centre and Clubs.

Our Mission

• Empower Women in the society, organizing Free Training Centres like Weaving, Knitting, Embroidery, Tailoring and Other useful items for the welfare of women.

• Encourage Un-educated and School Drop-out youths, providing Skill Development and employment programs

• To be a Torch bearer in the fight for “Crime against women and child”. To Organized Legal Awareness for the Child Right, Domestic Violence against women, Child labour, Consumer awareness and other related issues

• In the fight against menace created by the drugs on the youths, open a De-Addition centres, Rehabilitation and prevention against HIV/AIDS, Counselling Centre for Alcoholism and Drug-Addict/ Drug-abuse etc.

• To raise funds as grants/loan for implementing the above subjects by receiving donation, subscription, financial assistance from members, non-members, local bodies, Government or any other funding/financial institution in and outside Manipur
